Privacy Policy

This policy covers softpicnic.com and browser demos hosted on this domain. Future mobile applications will have notices describing their own data practices.

Last updated: 25 October 2026

Who is responsible

Soft Picnic LLC is responsible for the personal information it processes for this website. Our registered name and address are on the Contact page. For privacy questions or requests, use the email address on our Contact page.

Information used on this website

When you visit, our hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser and operating system, requested URL, request time and referring page, to deliver and protect the website.

If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and message through Zoho Forms. Submissions are stored in Zoho Forms and sent to our email inbox. If you email us directly, we also receive any attachments or other information you choose to send. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Our current company pages do not offer accounts, payments or newsletter sign-ups. We have not added advertising networks, cross-site tracking or visitor analytics to these pages.

Browser storage and demos

The company pages use a URL parameter to select a language. We do not use an advertising cookie or a language-preference cookie. Hosting providers may use technical features for delivery and security.

The Breeze Hop browser demo stores completed levels, stars and best scores in your browser’s local storage. It also caches game files for offline use. This progress is not synced to an account or sent to a gameplay server by the demo. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data; doing so also removes saved progress and offline files. See the demo privacy notice for details.

Why we use information

We use technical information to deliver, maintain and secure the website, and correspondence to answer enquiries and handle requests. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and communicating with people who contact us. We may also process information to take steps you request before a contract, or to meet an applicable legal obligation.

We do not treat a visit to this website as consent to unrelated processing. If a future feature requires consent, it will need an appropriate choice before that processing starts.

Service providers and disclosure

We use OpenAI Sites for website hosting, Zoho Forms to process contact form submissions, and Zoho Mail for correspondence. Information needed to operate these services may be handled by those providers and their service providers. Their own privacy notices also explain processing for which they are independently responsible.

We may disclose relevant information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. We do not sell information from this website or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Our privacy choices page explains how to contact us about this.

Where information is handled

Soft Picnic is based in Georgia. Our hosting and email providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Georgia, including in the United States. The location and protections depend on the service and processing involved. Contact us if you need information about a particular provider or transfer.

How long information is kept

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related follow-up, and where necessary to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. We consider the purpose, sensitivity, relevance and applicable legal requirements when deciding whether it should be retained or deleted.

Technical logs are subject to the relevant provider’s retention arrangements. Browser-demo progress remains on your device until you or your browser remove it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to obtain information about processing, access your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some rights have legal exceptions.

Write to the email address on our Contact page with your request and enough context for us to locate the relevant information. We may ask for proportionate verification; please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may complain to the competent data-protection authority or seek a remedy in court. In Georgia, the supervisory authority is the State Audit Office of Georgia. Other rights and complaint routes may apply where you live.

Children and sensitive information

The company website is intended to provide business information. We do not ask children to submit personal information through it. The browser demo has no account or profile. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

The current website has no health-data features. Our Consumer Health Privacy notice explains its limited scope and how to handle an enquiry that contains health information.

Changes and external links

We will update this policy when the website or its data practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. The date above identifies the current version. Links to other services lead to websites governed by their own policies.
