We do not use this website or its browser demos to collect fitness or medical measurements, access health platforms or connected health devices, or create health profiles for advertising. The current site has no health questionnaires or health-data integrations.

If you send health information by email
Please do not send medical records or other sensitive health information in a general enquiry. If you choose to include it, the information may be received and stored through our email services. We limit any handling to what is necessary and legally permitted to address your message, safeguard information or handle your request. Receiving a message is not, by itself, consent to use health information for another purpose. The email providers and retention criteria are described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not use health information you send to build advertising profiles, sell it or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Where handling requires additional consent or another legal condition, the message itself is not treated as blanket permission for other uses.
Questions and applicable rights
Use the email address on our Contact page if you believe you have sent us health information or want to ask about access, deletion or another right under applicable law. Please identify the message or context without repeating unnecessary health details.
Where an applicable consumer-health law gives you rights to confirm collection, access or delete data, withdraw consent or appeal a decision, you may use the same address. We will explain the outcome and any applicable appeal or complaint route in our response. This does not limit your right to contact the competent authority.

If a future product handles health information, its own notice will explain what information is used and what choices are available. This notice covers only the current website and browser demos.
