Our material and third-party licences
Unless otherwise stated, Soft Picnic reserves the rights it holds in original material published on this website. Third-party and open-source licences remain applicable; a Soft Picnic copyright notice does not replace them.
For permission to reuse material beyond what an applicable licence or the law allows, email us with a link to the material and a description of the proposed use.
Report a copyright concern
Write to the email address on our Contact page with the subject “Copyright enquiry”. Include your name and a way to reply; identify the protected work; provide the exact URL of the material you are concerned about; and explain why you believe the use is unauthorised and whether you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
Provide accurate information and only the personal details needed to assess the concern. We may request clarification and may share the relevant substance of a report with a person whose rights are affected, where needed to review it. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
What happens next
We will review sufficiently specific reports and take action appropriate to the facts and applicable law. Sending a report does not itself establish infringement or guarantee removal. If you believe your own material was affected by a mistake, use the same contact address and explain the issue.
